Situated in the heart of Mount Vernon in a lovely and safe neighborhood close by to Johns Hopkins University schools and the Peabody Institute, our accommodations blend modern amenities with lovely aesthetics. This grand townhome is divided into 3 apartments - two bedrooms, three bedrooms and four bedrooms. Each apartment has it's own updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a laundry area.  Each tenant has a comfortably sized 400+ sq. ft. bedroom enabling them to design and organize their rooms into bedroom and living room areas allowing for plenty of space for a bed, sofa, cocktail table, desk, chair and more.

Lower Duplex

Three Bedrooms

This three-bedroom apartment (duplex) is comprised of two bedrooms in the upper level and one bedroom in the lower level. Each bedroom has its own, private bathroom - full bath with shower.  This apartment is fully renovated with a very large kitchen, downstairs living room and laundry room.  It has a back yard patio accessible from both floors/levels that is fenced in with table and chairs.

Mid-Level Condo

Two Bedrooms

This two-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of the house was recently renovated with all new kitchen appliances and a quartz countertop.  Both bedrooms are very spacious with marble mantle fireplaces that provide a beautiful feature to each room.  High-end tile work was done in each upgraded bathroom - one with a glass door shower and the other with a glass enclosed, high-rise tub.

Upper Duplex

Four Bedrooms

This four-bedroom apartment (duplex) has two floors with each floor containing two bedrooms.   The lower level features a tastefully renovated kitchen with quartz countertop and a washer and dryer.  The upper level has two bedrooms with a small "common area" between the bedrooms.  The bedrooms facing the front of the building provide beautiful views of the historic housing block.

"My time living in Apt. 1 of 1032 N. Calvert was the ideal living situation as someone who was moving to a new city and state. The location of the house was in a pleasant neighborhood nearby to many city amenities. The house itself was very comfortable to live in, and all tenants of the building were cordial and kind. Key House Features

Our apartments come fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi (Free), spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, auto-locking deadbolt entry doors and video surveillance - front and back.

Parking (Street and Assigned)

There is street parking permits available to tenants at a low yearly fee of $25.  This can be obtained via Baltimore City.  Guidance on this parking permit process will be provided as needed.  Please inquiry about private, assigned parking as one parking space may be available.

Housemates - Meet and Greet

We will arrange for housemate "meet and greet talks" to ensure new tenants have the opportunity to meet and talk to current tenants they may be living with before signing a lease.  We take pride in ensuring housemates can get to know each other before moving in.
